The how

At the heart of The Table is your pod: a small, consistent group within the whole community.

Your pod of 4-6 principals meet monthly in an online, confidential, facilitated space to step out of the day-to-day, reflect on your leadership, and work through the challenges you're facing. Over time, the group becomes a trusted circle of peers who know your context, challenge your thinking, share what they're learning, and help you see your own school and leadership from multiple perspectives. You access the larger community through learning events and over whatsapp.

Alongside the community, we organise workshops, webinars and a library of resources.

Learn with the wider community through workshops, webinars, and town halls led by specialists, and a library of resources that you can deploy in your school. The Table also offers a panel of vetted consultants that you can independently contract for bespoke services.

And finally, a team of experts behind you, through and through.

Alumni of Harvard, Shirley and Jonathan have worked closely with over 200 schools, designed policy frameworks at national level, and helped scale quality through human-centred systems.

They do not do it alone. A standing panel of experts in AI, law, policy, change and school leadership reviews every session and resource, and joins pods when a question needs them.
